It's a ghost hotel. The staff does not know if the hotel will be closed or will get a new owner. The restaurant was closed as well as the bar. The reception desk was no longer occupied after 4 pm.

Location was nice with an excellent view of the city from the hotel Restaurant.
The Hotel was terriblely hot and none of the rooms were air conditioned. It was 35C on the day I traveled to Ansbach and did not find relief from the heat at this hotel.

Spent an amazing Christmas in a hotel on a hill overlooking a picturesque town. the hotel's location was perfect as it was centrally positioned for touring the vicinity and the price was reasonable.
The onsite restaurant and bar closed early, so guests had to be quick if they wanted a drink. it might be difficult without a car as the hotel is a bit out of the way.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a variety of options. , the location provided an amazing view and was great for a day trip to nearby cities. Lastly, the service was top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Only downside was a bee problem on the balcony that my partner was stung by. Despite reporting the issue to staff, it wasn't fully resolved and caused a bit of inconvenience during our stay.
